Cole Mueller

DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT

Cole is responsible for sourcing new sites and coordinating acquisition, disposition, and leasing activities across the firm’s active and prospective projects. He is also involved in business development efforts, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with third‑party brokerage partners. Cole holds a BS in Science and Engineering from Texas Christian University. Prior to joining IDV, he worked in retail brokerage and development at Weitzman, where he focused on project leasing and tenant representation.
