Tyndall brings more than 28 years of industrial investment, development, and asset management experience. He leads the sales and leasing platform across the firm’s industrial portfolio and plays key roles in its institutional capital formation and joint‑venture strategy. Widely regarded as a leading expert in the Houston industrial market, he is a former President of the SIOR Houston Chapter and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University.
