BUILDING ENGINEER

As the Building Engineer, Ed manages the facility and maintenance items for our office building in Pasadena.

Prior to IDV, Ed provided Facility Engineering and Facility Management services for local and federal government sites, a 945-foot tall 1.2 million square foot high rise commercial building, hospitals in multiple states, including the Bay Area Regional Medical Center in Webster, Texas.

He maintains certifications and licenses as a First-Class Power Engineer, City of Houston First Grade Engineer, Certified Facility Manager, Certified Healthcare Facility Manager, Associate in RICS, EPA Section 608 CFC Universal, and has earned a Management Certificate from San Antonio College.

Ed volunteers in the Committee on Architecture for Health, with the American Institute of Architects - Houston Chapter.
