Jacob Mansfield

DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION

Jacob is responsible for managing development projects from the early preconstruction stages through construction and final delivery. Prior to joining IDV in 2026, Jacob spent over 6 years with National Property Holdings as a Construction & Development Manager, overseeing the design and construction of 5.7 million square feet of ground-up development and more than 75 miles of railroad infrastructure. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University.
