Jake Watson

DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION

Jake manages a development portfolio featuring more than 1.5 million square feet of real estate currently in the design and permitting stages. He is also responsible for construction oversight across IDV’s stabilized portfolio. 

He has worked in Texas commercial construction for 15+ years, constructing or leading teams on over 3.1 million square feet of ground-up development. His experience spans light industrial, food manufacturing and distribution, mission-critical data infrastructure, high-rise multi-floor renovations, banking facilities, e-commerce distribution, mass storage, and disaster recovery.

Earlier in his career, Jake spent 10 years in the residential construction markets across Arizona and Hawaii.
