Patrick Vance is a Senior Development Associate at IDV, where he is responsible for underwriting, financial analysis, and capitalization of new industrial development projects. Before joining IDV, Patrick served as a Development Manager at Medistar Corporation, leading financial underwriting and development efforts for the company's build-to-suit specialty hospital platform. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship from Baylor University.
