Ryan Burns

DIRECTOR – DEVELOPMENT

Ryan Burns serves as Director of Development at IDV, where he manages the end-to-end delivery of industrial projects across the Texas Triangle with current oversight or completion of more than 2.4 million square feet of tilt-up warehouse and logistics facilities. Ryan's primary focus is expanding IDV's presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth market, while also managing build-to-suit development in Waco and active projects within the Houston metro.

Prior to IDV, Ryan spent 15 years in leadership roles at Arup, M.C. Dean, and Mass. Electric Construction Company, directing multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams on major rail and transportation infrastructure programs throughout the United States, Canada, and Brazil.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration from Rice University's Jones Graduate School of Business.
