Stephen Sibley

PRINCIPAL

Stephen is responsible for executing the company’s acquisition and disposition strategies, which include sourcing debt and equity for new projects and maintaining relationships with capital partners. Since 2018, Stephen has helped capitalize over $700M in ground-up industrial development totaling over 7.5M square feet.

He worked on the CRE lending team at Cadence Bank before joining IDV, assisting the team with underwriting and closing over $1B in real estate loans.

A native Houstonian, Stephen holds a BBA in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Rice University.
