CO-FOUNDER AND MANAGING PRINCIPAL

Tim Harrington is a Co-Founder and Managing Principal of IDV, where he has helped shape the firm’s platform and investment direction since inception. In partnership with the IDV team, he has lead the capitalization of more than $2 billion of real estate assets and maintains a current development pipeline exceeding $1.5 billion. He serves on the firm’s investment committee and leads IDV’s family office vertical. He also supports the structuring of joint venture partnerships, alternative investment vehicles, and tax-advantaged funds. With 20 years of industrial and land development experience, he focuses on capitalization, acquisition, disposition, and entitlement initiatives across the portfolio.

Prior to founding IDV, he served in senior leadership roles at Capital Commercial Investments and McGuyer Homebuilders, focusing on large-scale land development, public financing, and asset management. He began his career at PwC advising international hedge funds and private equity firms. He holds a BBA and a Master of Public Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
